Digital Service Center

Company

A single technology partner

Digital Service Center covers the whole path of a corporate system: audit, design, development, hardware supply, deployment, training and support.

We work where two worlds meet that in most companies live apart: software development and engineering infrastructure. That seam is where most failures happen — an application written without regard for what it runs on, and hardware bought without knowing what will run on it.

Digital Service Center brings those parts into one project and one contract. A single team owns the solution architecture, the hardware specification, security, deployment and ongoing support.

We are not tied to a single vendor and do not sell what needs selling. Technology is chosen for the task, the timeline and the budget — with an open comparison of alternatives and an honest risk assessment.

Capabilities

The disciplines we keep in house.

  • Development

Web and mobile applications, integrations, high-load services, product maintenance.

  • Data and AI

Data warehouses, analytics, language models, computer vision, knowledge base search.

  • Infrastructure

Servers, storage, networks, virtualisation, data centres, engineering systems.

  • Security

Audit, segmentation, access control, data protection, event monitoring.

Principles

Principles

  • 01

    The task outranks the technology

First we work out what outcome the business needs. The stack is chosen after that, not before.

  • 02

    Transparency instead of promises

We show constraints and risks up front. If a task cannot be done in the stated time, we say so immediately.

  • 03

The system must outlive the contractor

Documentation, source code and a clear architecture stay with the client. Dependency on us is not a business model.

  • 04

Security is part of the project

Access control, backup and data protection are designed in from day one.

Delivery model

Delivery model

Four roles that are always staffed on a project, whatever its scale.

  • Solution architect

Owns coherence: how the application, the data, the infrastructure and security fit together.

  • Project manager

Holds timeline, budget and communication. A single entry point for the client on every question.

  • Engineering team

Developers, system and network engineers, data and AI specialists.

  • Support unit

Takes the system into support before go-live, not after — and takes part in acceptance testing.

How we work

Seven stages with a clear deliverable in each

No stage starts until the previous one is accepted. That keeps timelines predictable and changes manageable.

  1. 01

    Stage 1

    Audit

We study processes, current systems and hardware. Constraints, risks and growth points are documented.

    1–3 weeks
  2. 02

    Stage 2

    Concept

We define the target picture and solution options with cost, timeline and expected effect.

    1–2 weeks
  3. 03

    Stage 3

    Design

Architecture, hardware specification, data model, security and integration requirements.

    2–5 weeks
  4. 04

    Stage 4

    Development and supply

Development iterations with demos, in parallel with procurement, assembly and hardware preparation.

    from 6 weeks
  5. 05

    Stage 5

    Deployment

Installation, configuration, data migration, load and acceptance testing, go-live.

    2–6 weeks
  6. 06

    Stage 6

    Training

We train users and administrators and hand over documentation and operating instructions.

    1–2 weeks
  7. 07

    Stage 7

    Support

SLA, monitoring, regular maintenance and system development along an agreed roadmap.

Let's start

Shall we talk about your digital infrastructure?

Tell us about the task — we will prepare a solution architecture, propose suitable technology and define the next steps.

What happens next

  1. 1A clarification call or meeting — 30 minutes
  2. 2A solution outline and preliminary estimate
  3. 3Hardware and stack specification
  4. 4A stage plan with timelines and cost
